What is the tax treatment for a donation a corporation give to a LLC for a funeral reception?

    It’s not a donation because the LLC is not a charity.
    It is a non-deductible expense.
    If the payment is over $500, get a W9 and send a 1099 at year end. This is required because the payment is to a non-corporate entity, as requried by IRS regulations
