Fire the CPA… A Sub Chapter S form, fictitious name registration, Quarterly estimates, A tax form called a K-1.
Also you and any employees you have to deposit their social security, federal, FICA, and state taxes.. taken out of W-2 and sent quarterly to the IRS into an account or file 1099 Misc if your employees are independent contractors….Do you want it
done well and on the cheap. Go to H&R Block. No seriously, they have a PREMIUIM OFFICE for people with complicated returns…and only their best workers work there…and the work comes with a garuntee that if you get audited they will pay all pealties and intrest, and represent you in court. In the unlikely event of an audit.
